6. Transactions

DVAL acts as a marketplace platform and is generally not a direct party to transactions between users.

Users are solely responsible for:

• Loss of profits

• Fraudulent activities by users

• Technical failures
• Delayed transfers or payments

14. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless DVAL, its owners, affiliates and partners from claims, damages, liabilities and expenses arising from:
